What academic programs are run by Uniglobe?

Currently Uniglobe has been running +2 level science and management programs affiliated to NEB but we also have GCE A- Level affiliated to Cambridge University run in our associate college; Global College International in the adjoining college building.

 

What are the optional subjects offered at Uniglobe in Science?

You can choose one out of the Biology and Computer Science as the major groups for specialization.

 

What are the optional subjects offered at Uniglobe in Management?

You can choose one out of the Business Studies, Computer Science, Mathematics, and Hotel Management as the major groups for specialization.

 

How can I get admission to the above programs?

You need to register Online Entrance Form by visiting the college and get your Entrance Date and Time mentioned in Entrance Card after paying an amount. Entrance Registration will be opened, once the SEE result is announced.  After the Entry Requirement process one need to submit 2 copies of passport size photos and I copy of your SEE Transcript and Character Certificate.

 

Can I submit electronic copy of the SEE transcript in case of delay in receiving original copy of SEE transcript?

Yes you can, but the original copy must be presented before the time of registration at NEB that tentatively takes place before the month of Aswin each year.

 

What SEE result -division and percentage can apply for the admission to Uniglobe +2 Science program?

A student candidate who has passed SEE or equivalent with minimum Grade ‘B’ can apply for +2 Science Entrance Test.

 

What SEE result -division and percentage can apply for the admission to Uniglobe +2 Management program?

A student candidate who has passed SEE or equivalent with minimum Grade ‘C’ can apply for +2 Management Entrance Test

 

Do I need to appear in Entrance Test?

Yes! and you have to bring your Entrance Card during test and once you pass out the Entrance Test you need  to appear in Interview on the date and the time given to you.  

 

When are the Entrance Test held in Uniglobe?

Entrance Test for admission are usually held after a week from SEE result each year i.e.  in the first week or second week of Asadh.

 

Do we get informed of the Entrance Tests and Interviews?

Yes! The college admission authority will informs you regarding the registration of Entrance Form. But you can pay your visit and register your contact details in our Online Inquiry Form, so that we could send you a notification via SMS  or Call or Email for the Entrance Test and Interview.

 

What types of questions and from which subjects should I prepare for science entrance?

You need to answer 90 objective questions carrying the value 90 marks and 1 or 2 long essay type questions for remaining 10 % value in the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English.

 

Which subject areas should I prepare for Management entrance?

You need to answer 90 objective questions carrying the value 90 marks and 1 or 2 long essay type questions for remaining 10 % value in the subjects English, Mathematics and General Knowledge.

 

Is there any provision for scholarship?

Yes.

 

What are the criteria and procedures to apply for scholarship?

Scholarships are provided on the basis of merit as well as criteria set by NEB. Student candidates are required to appear in scholarship exams held by the college for which the college admission desk provides you with the dates and time of exam. Selection is transparent and fair and thus, it is mandatory to pass out the scholarship exams in all the categories listed in the web page titled scholarship.

 

Is there any chance of termination from the scholarship once it has been granted?

Yes, in cases the grantee fails in any subject in the final exams and fails to maintain the student code of conduct (college rules and regulations) or in case the student is found to be enjoying other source of advantage similar in nature.
