Academic Departments
At Uniglobe SS/College, we have a firm conviction that performance of the organization directly depends upon the caliber of the staff to deliver quality education and other associated services to the students. To fulfil this requirement, proper attention has been given in selection of the teaching faculty. Further, to increase the managerial skills, the incumbent staff members get nominated for different trainings/seminars conducted by different institutions depending upon the need and usefulness of their programs. The performance of each staff is reviewed at least once in a year by putting it on the teacher appraisal frame and respective department head is taken responsible to plan, organize, lead and control the faculty members in her/ his department.
